WAYEEL · TERMS
Terms of use
Owner review required before publication: legal operator identity, contact details, applicable jurisdiction and final policy terms have not been supplied. This draft describes the implemented service and does not claim certification.
Operator and scope
These draft terms describe the Wayeel feedback platform. The legal service operator, business address, contracting jurisdiction and effective date must be supplied and reviewed before these terms are published.
Accounts and workspace access
Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Organisation owners manage memberships, roles and branch access. Do not use another organisation’s data or access resources you are not authorised to review.
Surveys and acceptable use
Organisations are responsible for the questions they publish, lawful collection practices and permissioned invitations. Do not submit harmful content, confidential records or unnecessary personal and medical information.
Public anonymous links cannot guarantee that each person submits only one response. Review the collection context and controls before relying on the results.
AI output and decisions
AI drafts, summaries and suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review output against the original feedback before publishing a survey or acting on a suggestion.
Do not use AI output as the sole basis for clinical or employment decisions. Availability depends on configured providers, permissions and applicable usage limits.
Plans, trials and billing
Approved plan prices and limits are displayed by the application. New workspace onboarding currently sets a three-month trial. Review the actual trial end date and selected plan in the workspace.
Paid checkout requires an owner action and configured payment provider. Subscription status is updated from verified provider events, not merely a checkout success screen.
Final tax treatment, renewal terms, cancellation effects and refund policy must be confirmed by the operator before publication.
Availability and third-party services
Email, SMS, AI, sign-in and payment features depend on their configured providers. Operational settings, scheduled jobs and usage limits can affect delivery and availability.
Service levels, support commitments, maintenance terms and any limitations of liability require explicit operator review. No unverified uptime or compliance guarantee is made here.
Ending access and applicable terms
Organisation owners can use available membership, export and deletion controls. The operator must confirm suspension procedures, termination effects, retention obligations and any appeal or support process.
Applicable law, dispute resolution, policy changes and notice arrangements remain subject to the operator’s final legal review.
