Privacy information
Owner review required before publication: legal operator identity, contact details, applicable jurisdiction and final policy terms have not been supplied. This draft describes the implemented service and does not claim certification.
The service and its operator
Wayeel is a feedback and experience platform. Organisations create surveys, collect responses, review reports and manage follow-up work. The operator’s legal identity, address, privacy contact and role in each processing arrangement must be confirmed before this policy is published.
An organisation running a survey determines its questions and collection context. Respondents should contact that organisation about the survey and its use of their feedback.
Information handled by the platform
Workspace accounts include a name, email address and authentication information. Organisation settings, memberships and branch permissions control access to workspace records.
Survey responses include answers, the published survey version, collection channel and relevant branch. Optional follow-up contact information is accepted only when the respondent permits follow-up. Avoid including identifying, confidential or medical details in comments.
Anonymous and protected feedback
Anonymous surveys do not request respondent identity fields. This does not mean that identifying details voluntarily typed into an answer can be treated as anonymous.
Individual employee responses are excluded from inboxes, feedback APIs and raw exports. Protected employee reports depend on minimum reporting groups and reportable survey periods.
AI and configured providers
When enabled, configured AI services can process survey briefs and permitted feedback comments to produce drafts, summaries and suggested actions. AI suggestions require human review. Patient feedback AI processing is disabled by default.
Email, SMS, identity and billing adapters require provider configuration. The operator must publish the actual subprocessors, hosting locations, transfer arrangements and applicable contractual information before launch.
Access, security and retention
Workspace data is scoped to organisations and further limited by roles and branch access. API tokens are scoped, expire and can be revoked. These controls do not constitute a claim of certification or a guarantee against every security incident.
Retention depends on organisation settings and operational procedures. Final response retention, account deletion, backup retention and legal retention obligations must be documented by the operator.
Requests and contact
Contact the organisation that collected your feedback about access, correction or deletion requests relating to its survey. Account holders can use available workspace export and deletion controls, subject to permissions and the actual service process.
The operator must confirm applicable rights, request handling timelines, lawful bases and complaint routes for the jurisdictions where the service operates.
